This is the BEST Mexican Seafood Soup I’ve ever tasted! I’m considered a great cook and have prepared seafood gumbos, paella and many other ethnic seafood soups…this is by far the best.
Chicken, Steak, Shrimp or your choice of any meat, cooked with bell pepper, onions, and fresh pinapple. Served with a side of whole beans, rice, guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream.
